First time Users:

Step 1: Upon making your first appointment, if you provided us an email address, you will have received an invitation email to access your patient portal.

Step 2: Click on the link (or copy and paste) the link provided in the email invitation and you will be asked to reset your password.

Step 3: You can access the patient portal with your newly changed password.
